What is in store for insurers and MGAs when the Civil Liability Act comes into effect in April 2021?
Many of us will not be too disappointed to say goodbye to 2020. Insurers and MGAs engaged with risks that give rise to personal injury are looking forward to the launch of the new pre action protocol in April 2021, which is designed to control the spiraling cost of whiplash claims by introducing a fixed tariff for low value whiplash claims up to two years.

CORONAVIRUS - Our business response
The Connexus Group of Companies takes the wellbeing of its customers, colleagues and all staff that support our business very seriously and want to ensure that all steps are being taken to minimise the risk to all those concerned. We have been following World Health Organisation and government guidelines for a couple of weeks now and we have spent time structuring a plan that focusses on the health and wellbeing of our employees and clients.
